Tour reservations

When you book a tour, we store your name, email, phone number, number of children, their ages, selected center and appointment time so our team can arrange and manage your visit. Authorized staff can view and manage these reservations. Booking details and a calendar invitation are emailed to you and our tour team when email delivery is enabled.

Availability & enrollment

The Check Availability button opens our existing Google form. Information submitted there is processed through that form, separately from this website. Your center uses Brightwheel and its approved enrollment process for child records.

Please do not send health information, medication details, or completed child records through the tour scheduler.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public website, clicks on Check Availability, completed tour reservations, and handbook and enrollment packet downloads. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, and website activity. We do not send your name, email, phone number, children’s details, or tour appointment details to Analytics. Staff pages are excluded, and advertising personalization is disabled.

Clicking Check Availability is counted separately from submitting the Google form. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information.

This choice applies to this browser. It does not affect tour booking or any other website features.
