Tour reservations

When you book a tour, we store your name, email, phone number, number of children, their ages, selected center and appointment time so our team can arrange and manage your visit. Authorized staff can view and manage these reservations. Booking details and a calendar invitation are emailed to you and our tour team when email delivery is enabled.

Director availability

Where enabled, our scheduler checks a director’s work calendar for busy times before offering a tour and checks again before confirming a reservation. The website does not request or store event names, descriptions or guest lists. Calendar checks do not send family details to Google Calendar.

Availability & enrollment

The Check Availability Instantly buttons open our website inquiry form. Our earlier Google form and its historical responses remain a separate source of submissions in our private Admissions workspace. Your center uses Brightwheel and its approved enrollment process for enrollment and child records.

Native website inquiries

If you use our native availability inquiry form, sending it stores the children’s names (when known) and birth dates or explicitly marked expected due dates, parent or guardian name, phone and email, location and care preferences, requested weekdays and estimated start date, communication preference, and any referral details or notes you provide in our private Admissions workspace for authorized staff to review and follow up. Expected due dates and any ages calculated from them remain estimates, not confirmed birth dates. Preliminary results are not a reservation or a guarantee of enrollment. Sending the form sends a notification to our authorized admissions team. It does not send an automated email or text message to your family, or create a calendar invitation.

If you choose Text, we record that choice together with the version of the notice shown when you submit. The notice covers texts about your availability inquiry and tour arrangements, not unrelated marketing. You can choose Phone call or Email instead, and you can ask us to stop texts or update your preference using the contact information below. Message and data rates may apply.

The native inquiry form records limited analytics about form views, starts, step progress, validation categories, submission attempts and successful receipt. It does not send your answers or preliminary match results to Google Analytics or store your answers in browser local storage. A receipt reference is retained only in this tab’s session storage to prevent duplicate analytics counts and is never sent to Google. Your submitted inquiry is retained in the private Admissions workspace; clearing the form in your browser does not delete a submitted inquiry.

Please do not send health information, medication details, or completed child records through the tour scheduler or native inquiry notes.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public website, clicks on Check Availability, completed inquiries and tour reservations, tour-entry clicks, phone/email/directions clicks, and handbook and enrollment packet downloads. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, and website activity. We do not send your name, email, phone number, children’s details, or tour appointment details to Analytics. Staff pages are excluded, and advertising personalization is disabled.

Clicking Check Availability Instantly on other public pages is counted separately from submitting an inquiry; successful inquiries are counted only after our server confirms receipt. Form analytics uses fixed step names and error categories, not field values or error text. Read Google’s privacy policy for more information.

This choice applies to this browser. It does not affect tour booking or any other website features.
