Children’s Corner is built around a simple belief: children grow when they feel known, supported, and free to explore.
Growing with our community.
Founded by Hala Laverdure, Children’s Corner began in Auburn in 2007. Over the years, our program has grown alongside the families and communities we serve.
Children’s Corner Preschool opened on Laurier Street in Worcester in 2024. Our Leicester location continues the Children’s Corner program under Hala’s leadership.
Across our centers, we value children’s individual strengths and the relationships that help them feel comfortable trying something new.
Our approach
We make room for every child’s curiosity.
We encourage children to explore, create, solve problems, and build friendships. A balance of child-led play and teacher-guided experiences supports learning across social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development.
Families are an essential part of that work. We use Brightwheel for communication and day-to-day administration, helping families stay connected with their center.
